Temetrius Jamel "Ja" Morant is an american professional basetball player for the Mephis Grizzlies of the NBA.  He played college for the Murray State Racers, where he was a consensus first-team All-american as a sophmore in 2019.  Selected with the 2nd overall pick, Morant was named Rookie of the Year in 2020. He playe dhis first All Start game as a starter and won the NBA Most Improved Player Award at the conclusion of the season.
