Kenneth "the Kid" Griffey Jr. played 22 years, mostly with the Seattle Mariners and Cincinnati Reds. A member of the Baseball Hall of Fame and a thirteen-time All-Star, Griffey is one of the most prolific home run hitters in baseball history; his 630 home runs rank as the seventh-most in MLB history. Griffey was also an exceptional defender and won ten Gold Glove Awards in center field. An inductee of both the Mariners' & Reds' Hall of Fame, Griffey was elected to the Cooperstown in 2016, , receiving 99.32% of the vote, breaking the 24-year record of 98.84% (Tom Seaver).
